HOW TO MAKE SENSE OF COMPLEX SITUATIONS

Whether you lead in the home place, workspace or community space being able to understand the personal, cultural, factual and systemic view allows you to become more objective to what is happening in the moment. To see the whole truth, rather than focus on only part of it is a core aspect of why conflict arises both internally within ourselves and with others we are relating with.  When you learn to expand your perspective you know more easily what to say and do in the moment.

This program is based on Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory. While his model is complex, this program is delivered in a way that is simple to follow.  While Ken's work is grounded in academic rigour, this short self study program is designed to help you use this model in your day to day living and leading in a pragmatic way. 

 

With a watch-time of less than one hour, this online learning module allows you to work through lessons and activities at your own pace.

This program will support you in resolving:

  • Your search for a framework to use in your leadership role - whether that is parenting, leading in the workplace or community space. 

  • How to incorporate multiple perspectives into decision making

  • Your struggle to engage and influence 

  • How to talk with your others about being accountable and self-reliant

  • A framework to share with others in your team or your network to build their capacity to see themselves in a larger context

Through your study you will be able to:

  • ​Use this framework to give you fundamental principles to lead from

  • Use this process in your professional and personal life to better understand and manage complexity

  • More effectively motivate, communicate and influence people to work effectively and get stuff done

  • Expand your perspective and be more objective in decision making
