Being in Conversation focusses on soulful conversations about what is happening in your life and within yourself. For people at key transitional points in their life.  For those seeking clarity for everyday living, to understand deeper aspects of yourself and to get clear about what matters to you at a soul level.


When individuals are at key transitional points in their life there is often a quest for clarity. A questioning to check - is this normal? A desire to understand what is happening, a seeking of options, strategies, ways to better function that if realised would allow a smoother transition for self and those around us that we love, live with, and work with across the contexts of our lives.

NOW WHAT?™ is a facilitated conversation. Conversations for clarity. With clarity comes possibility. 


This process is available to support individuals at key transitional points in their lives as they realise, now what? These conversations are for you, about you, in service of you getting the clarity you are seeking, so that you can live the life that matters to you. 

Being in Conversation is simply a way to guide you in.  To what?  To what you already know.  

Beginning the conversation at any level

Conversations with clients happen at different levels.  


These levels are not linear or static and most clients tend to dive into deeper levels of conversations quite quickly as they see the value of getting to the heart of what is happening.

Often clients in the beginning connect with me to have situational conversations where they want to focus the dialogue on what is happening somewhere in their life, with someone about something.  It seems that these relationships and conversations are causing a lot of suffering for them in their lives. Whether they worry, get agitated or frustrated about specific situations, through conversations they give themselves the opportunity to resolve this discomfort, which can fast track them out of suffering.


In conversations a process will be used which will quickly direct the conversations inwards to the self. When clients understand the structure of their personality, their conditioned beliefs, values, expectations they begin to realise why they react to life in unresourceful ways.  These conversations around self, allow clients to get clarity on what they can control, take responsibility for and how to free themselves from guilt, worry, shame, confusion. Free from the weight of past mental suffering, clients have developed a greater capacity to choose to make transformational changes in their lives which benefit themselves, their families and the people they relate with.


Many clients chose more soulful conversations, inquiring into who they are beyond the limitations of personality, opening up to the reality of being alive. They often come to me weary and exhausted by life, having been developing for some time and are confused and frustrated as to why they are still feeling stuck and unsure of now what for themselves. Using a conversational process there is the opportunity for them to see reality as it is, beyond the self-illusion that has limited their perspective.  


When you go out into the woods and you look at trees, you see all these different trees. And some of them are sort of understand that it didn't get enough light, and so it turned that way. And you don't get emotional about it. You just allow it.

The minute you get near humans, you lose all that. And you are constantly saying "you are too this, or I am too this. That judgement mind comes in. And so I practice turning people into trees. Which means appreciating them just the way they are

What to bring to the conversation


Every question you have, all you are thinking about, all you are imagining, worrying about, celebrating. Everything you are feeling and concerning yourself about.  Bring it all. Why? Why not? Life is too short to wait for the right time, or for when you have time.

There is nothing out there in the world that can give you peace, joy, freedom. All of it is an inside job.  Any struggle we have requires us to do the work on the inside for ourselves. To free ourselves from the prison in mind that we have put ourselves in.  It is a lifetimes work to free ourselves from the limitations we’ve placed in mind and yet it is our natural state to be free. 



It can be difficult to see our own blind spots and how we limit ourselves.  To assist in the self-inquiry process, it can be beneficial to be in conversation with someone and get an independent perspective.  A conversation with a human being who has had a lived experience of self inquiry, here to support you in yours.
