This is a series of short recorded reflections to listen to as prompters to guide you inside. 

You can choose which reflection suits you to listen to each day.

You can pick a reflection that aligns with what is happening in your life right now.

You can re-listen and return to the recordings when you want to and when you have time to.

  • Use this guided process to have short reflections to listen to and reflect on

  • Use this program to support or begin a journalising practice 

  • Reflect regularly to support you in becoming more self aware of what is happening in your life and within yourself

  • Slow down and in time be able to reflect without needing guided prompters
