Soulful conversations

For those who know the soul is calling

Soulful conversations are available to current and past community members who have or are self studying, joining live group sessions or attending face to face programs. 


We are all familiar with those moments when the soul calls to us.  It can call as a longing, a soul ache, a deep desire to be heard, a quest for something deeper. 


In those moments where do you turn to? This is one place for you to come to when and if you feel moved to connect and be in conversation.  These conversations are not to fix you or judge you, rather this is a space for you to allow yourself to relax. A place for you to listen to yourself, to see more clearly all that has been nurtured into you, to release anything you no longer need, so that you can simply be more your natural self.  The self that seeks or needs nothing. The contented self.  


This is one place to come to, as part of the inner work you are doing more generally in your life, to bring forth your natural creative expression into the world.  A place through being in conversation to remember and re-cognise who you are already and gain clarity on how to stop pretending and efforting in what you are doing and how you are relating with self and others. 


Why?  So you can more easily relax and enjoy reality as it is, despite the complexity of day-to-day living.   

Through this conversation, you will be able to:

  • Share what is on your mind and have a space to explore this at a deeper level

  • Ask questions that you have from your self study or group sessions

  • Relax and not have to worry about saying the right thing, rather gain practice in speaking spontaneously about how you are thinking and feeling in the moment

  • Clear discomfort you may be experiencing around this topic, situation or self judgement


The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. 

The challenge is to silence the mind.

How do soulful conversations work?

  • This is a one hour 1:1 conversation on zoom.

  • For soulful conversations camera's are off unless you request otherwise. 

  • You bring the topic and the questions to verbalise the soul ache

  • If you feel the soul calling then trust that you will know in the moment how to express yourself. There is no need to prepare for these conversations.

Be clear on the terms and conditions before you apply.

  • You have taken at least one self study program or group class

  • You are on a quest for truth and are seeking a deeper conversation 

  • You understand that you are responsible for the inner work to do

  • You understand this is not therapy, rather it is a conversation to explore deeper aspects of yourself and you are ready to hear some home truths. 

  • You know that this is the right conversation for you for now.
